Return & cancellation

30-Day return policy (extended service)

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return label and further instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

EU 14-Day right of withdrawal

If you are purchasing from within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. However, this does not apply to digital products if:

  • The delivery begins immediately after purchase, and
  • You have given your explicit consent and acknowledged that your right of withdrawal is waived.

Digital products

For digital products (e.g., knitting patterns), the above exception applies. By ticking the confirmation box at checkout, you agree that delivery starts immediately after purchase and that you waive your right of withdrawal.

Digital products — download limits and withdrawal rights

Digital products (such as downloadable patterns) are delivered immediately after purchase. By completing your order, you agree that delivery begins straight away and that your right of withdrawal is waived in accordance with EU law.

Each digital file can be downloaded up to 3 times. After the third download, access will be automatically disabled. We recommend saving the file securely once it has been downloaded.

Because digital products cannot be returned once delivered, no refunds will be issued unless the file is defective or cannot be accessed. In such cases, please contact us at support@knitbykofo.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns of the following:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Certain hygiene products or hazardous materials

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item and then place a new order.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at support@knitbykofo.com.

Delivery policy

All products are delivered digitally. Once your purchase is completed, you will receive an email containing a download link to your pattern.

  • The email will be sent to the address provided during checkout.
  • Delivery is usually immediate, but in some cases it may take a few minutes for the email to arrive.
  • If you haven't received your pattern within 30 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.
  • As this is a digital product, no physical items will be shipped.

Your pattern will be available for download and personal use as soon as payment is confirmed.
